Bush Administration Values
Yesterday, a deputy to the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice resigned after admitting openly to ABC News that he had patronized an escort service that has just been indicted upon federal charges of prostitution and racketeering. The aid, Randall Tobias, who was responsible for U.S. foreign aid, stated that he had only paid “to have gals come over to the condo to give me a massage” and that there was no sex involved.
