Old enough for 10,000 votes?

Yesterday Alex wrote about his first vote now that he’s 18, his first participation in a caucus. Daisy, who used to blog with us, is also old enough to vote for the first time this year. (I still have a few years yet.) Do you think they’re old enough to be superdelegates? Are they old enough to have a vote that’s worth about as much as 10,000 votes by Democratic voters? Well, there is at least one superdelegate why was too young to vote at all in the 2004 election. He is Jason Rae, a 21 year old college student from Wisconsin.

  2. I used to like Dan Abrams on Court TV; however, now he is way too aggressive. I wish he would just shut up and spare us the silly banter. Who cares what the kid had for breakfast with Chelsea Clinton? And to imply that talking to Chelsea would sway his vote? Come on, now, Dan, grow up!! I think Jason has a lot on the ball and is to be commended for his activism. I agree with the gal who says, in effect, that the superdelegate system is silly, but that doesn’t at all detract from Jason as a human being.

  3. Dan Abrams is exhausting to me and Jason outshined Abrams. Dan acted like a little boy frustrated that the game was not going his way so he tries to get people to agree with him.
